I agree, I don't think he'll get death either. I think the jury will lean on the conservative side and spare his life. The absense of overwhelmingly real physical evidence leads me to believe that he'll get life - hopefully without possiblility of parole. He's been a waste of tax payer money. Let him rot in prison or give him death, it's all the same to me.
I used to say they were gonna give him death, but now that i think about it, with an average 15 year wait on death row, i think they'll give him life to take away another chance at appeal.
