In truthfulness, as a male you have no say, no power to legally be anything except pro-choice, pro-death, pro-abortion. It's a perverse reality.
All men can do is practice contraception, abstinence, social Darwinism (marginalize pro-death would-be lovers), and cast votes.
I wish I'd seen then before I was pregnant 16 years ago.
:-(
Because it's true. There is always someone who's childless who'd be thrilled to have a baby of their own.
But it's like adoption doesn't exist anymore. You always hear, "poor women need abortions because they can't afford children." Kill the inconvenient, screw the childless.
The irony falls hardest on those who are infertile due to abortion, like me. Or is it karma?
They can keep them as far as I am concerned.
I won't be buying any.
Women always have choice. They can choose to be responsible and only get pregnant when they are ready for a family, or they can choose to give the child up for adoption.
What a sick society we have.
The surprising thing isn't that these people are so evil, or that they're so arrogant, the real shocker is that some of them will be surprised when they get to Hell.
WELL PUT. I LOVE IT.
I am sorry about your infertility, but please don't give up on adoption. My son and his wife have two children and 6 foster children, and are planning to adopt two of the foster children, two little two-year-old Hispanic boys who are cousins. It is a long process and it takes time, but there are so many children who need good homes and the stories of some of these children are heartbreaking. So please don't give up as there are children desparate for good homes and loving parents.
Where one door is closed, another is opened - please don't give up.
Not really. It's more like what most women want their husbands to learn to use.
That and put the toilet seat back down.
Ba-dum-bum!
Written by George Grant, right?
Mutating thread because I explicitly brought in Christianity, i.e. New Testament history.
Well, I did call an abortion clinic one time and instead of saying anything I stuck the phone above the toilet and flushed it. I can't tell you how satisfying that was. Can't do that nowadays with them caller ID things and all.
I'm aghast. Didn't find a single, pro-partial birth abortion greeting card! What CAN those people be thinking?
Heh-heh! Beauty!
Ah. Understanding dawns. Thank you.
Yes, a great book. Every American should read it.
Your very first post makes you look like one of the recent flood of DU trolls.
It's getting rather old, man.
I hear you...but we're far from powerless. For example, crisis preganacy centers need male volunteers, too. There's always something we can do, and there's a shortage of male Post-abortion synfrome counselors, it hits a lot of men for the very reason you've described: I most cases, they were either an integral part of the decision to kill their child, or they were against it but powerless to stop it.
Kerry would have been elected if they hadn't murdered 40 million of their voters.
That is true, I still get into the argument about the toilet seat though. Why can't you put it down? Why can't you look before you sit down? I never won.
