We aren't SCARED of the bastards, we DISLIKE them for their disgusting actions.

Bingo. And I for one am sick and tired of the "religion of peace" bullcrap. The jihadists are the mainstream. The peaceful Muslims are the fringe.

As long as their clerics preach hate and death there will be a problem. Hopefully they will change Islam, but I doubt it.

Prophet of Doom - Islam’s Terrorist Dogma, In Muhammad’s Own Words

Islam is a caustic blend of regurgitated paganism and twisted Bible stories.
Muhammad, its lone prophet, conceived his religion solely to satiate his lust for power, sex, and money.
He was a terrorist.

And if you think these conclusions are shocking, wait until you see the evidence at www.prophetofdoom.net.

A phobia is an irrational fear, meaning with no basis or reason. I think any fear of Islam derives from real-world events, such as airplanes flying into buildings, car bombs, suicide bombers and the like. Since most average Muslims don't try to differentiate themselves from the radicals, or really even give the slightest hint of disagreement, it is reasonable to have apprehension, worry, or outright fear. Using suffixes like -phobia to describe fear is a propagandist tool to delegitimize any reasonable fear. Like calling red-state voters stupid. And don't forget that terror is a synonym for fear, and most terrorist are Islamic radicals.

According to the Democrat party, mainstream muslims are practitioners or the religion of peace, while mainstream Christians want to kill homosexuals and reenact slavery while ignoring hungry and poor people.

HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT??? there are plenty of terrorists in this world that are not Muslims!!! yes, there are misguided individuals who use the Islamic faith as an excuse for their own evil actions. but equally there are millions of terrorists claiming to be acting on behalf of God in many different religions. the most starkly obvious example that should be staring you blind individual right in the face is the IRA!!!!! The Irish Republic Army are a truly brutal terrorist organisation, who, incidentally, are funded by the American government (does hypocrisy mean nothing to your politicians??? well to be fair, to ANY politicians? my own here in the UK are most certainly not blameless) Islamophobia is evil. Muslims are not automatically terrorists. some individuals bent on committing evil acts will find whatever misguided excuse and/or cover to do so. and in case you were wondering, no i am not a Muslim myself. i am a Christian, but as such, i endeavor to treat all human-kind with respect, love and compassion and hope that I am able to see evil wherever it occurs, whether in my own country, town, or abroad, in whatever religion or atheistic practice or culture. religion is not evil. true followers of any god are not evil. human nature can be weakened to allow susceptibility to evil, such as terrorism. I have never felt the need to respond to posts on message boards before, whether or not i agreed with the opinions being expressed. but this is appalling. i felt it was important that i spoke out against such racism. Just to get a balance.

Primary reason for islamophobia comes from CAIR:

“Islam isn't in America to be equal to any other faith but to become dominant. The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth.”

This was the sentiment of Omar M. Ahmad, the Chairman of the Board of the Council on American-Islamic Relations or CAIR, as told at an Islamic conference held in Freemont, California, in July of 1998.
