I would hope the people who judge this see it that way, but by enjoining(I think that is the term)the request, they may be trying to get around this point you raise.

It will depend on how it is viewed.

The Greens obviously can request a recount after the certification regardless of their standing, because they were candidates.(If I understand Ohio law right)

But for Kerry to enjoin in this request makes me believe he is trying to use his weight without actually making a request and causing some to view him as sour grapes.

He, as usual, is trying to have it both ways, and they have the money to burn.

The end result is that he did everything possible for his base without making an ass out of himself further.
