Cool.
But I quit alcohol (I no longer will even take a single beer or a single glass of wine) by being part of a 12 step program, and I lost 60 lbs by walking a lot and eating small meals.
But still, a shortcut might be nice for some. And there's that additional 40 lbs I want to lose... :o)
Good for you!...I admire your discipline and perseverance.
What are you saying...eat less and exercise?!?! No, no, no...that's way too radical. I'm going with drugs and liposuction!
