Yes.
Yes. So are other cross-over artists on Top 40: Creed, Jars of Clay, Switchfoot.
My concern is that the bands water down the Gospel and it becomes more of a "feel good" message than a salvation message.

At one time the members of POD were voal about their faith. I do think that fame has watered them down a bit. If you want a really great band whose lyrics and lives are just what they say they are check out Pillar. They are awesome with their hard hitting in your face wake up people lyrics.
Yes. However, they've taken a lot of heat from the Christian world because of some of their Rastafarian references. But, they are Christians.
Also, I have prayed with Sonny the singer and met them on several occasions. They are genuine.
Yeah- the first time i heard alive i thought "they have got to be christian". That's a great song and if you've lived it, you get totally what they are saying.

My band played at Tom Fest (a Christian music festival) a few hours before these guys rocked the house.
