A Day in the Life of President Bush (photos) 12.7.04

On the 63rd anniversary of the bombing of Pearl Harbor, President Bush flew to Camp Pendelton, California and back again to speak with the Marines, and thank them for their service and great sacrifice, but made it clear that the War on Terror is not over. After his public appearance, the President met privately with the families of 50 Marines who have died in Iraq.

The President is leading with strength and certainty, so it’s a good time to be a Bushbot! ENJOY your trip to Sanity Island, and the Daily Dose!!

You should thank God you have this president. This is not a forum for Bush-haters.

Saw it on the toob.

In the front shots, the President looked a little pudgy in the jacket they gave him, but he wore it anyway.

I'm not faulting him (my belly can get like that if I don't have time to work out, who does?). I just don't get broadcast to the rest of the world, and I get to choose what I wear out in public.

If the Klintoons had been involved in a jacket mis-sizing, I bet the unit commanders would all be sacked.

I'm betting the Pres ignored the whole snafu.

I don't believe it. If anyone thinks I am an anti-Bush kook, I am not. I gave Bush-Cheney 04, the RNC, The Swifties, the guy who ran against Specter in the primary, Bush-Cheney 2000 - a boat load of money.

I also made close to 2,000 get out the vote calls last month. The only satisfaction and the main reason I kept dialing - Vietnam Vets, POWs and the Swifties.

Kerry is a very bad man. I could not take it if Vietnam Vets woke up on Nov 3rd and Kerry became President. We had a totally liberal media in 1971 and almost no one stood up for Vietnam Vets or our soldiers then & during JFK's Vietnam War.

So I kept calling Republicans and I kept writing checks. And making 2,000 phone calls is no fun. My time is money and worth at least $70 a hour.

Jorge Bush is just turning into a lackey for Mexico and illegal aliens.

He was probably wearing the bullet proof vest which adds a little bulk. Has anyone noticed SS agent Nick Trotta in any photos? I haven't seen him in any since the Chilean fiasco.
