Can you summarize Art Bell's philosophy/mindset/belief system in twenty words or less ? I have heard his name mentioned. I try and keep informed of the news coming out of the USA, but I don't know much about him.

I try and keep informed of the news coming out of the USA, but I don't know much about him. Invite outlandish guests, ooh and ahh at what they have to say, keep the rubes calling long enough to fill up five hours of time usually unproductive for radio stations and make oodles of money while doing it.
