I am of the mind that I would rather see a murder go free that see our legal system compromised.

Yeah, but you don't have to be all that creative to buy Tupperware. I'm not getting up in front of anyone showing them how creative I am...I'm as creative as a stump. I buy my Tupperware at the thrift store...I like the old 60s-70s versions.

I just get annoyed by the word "scrapbooking" most of all...like when someone has "gone missing". People used to keep a scrapbook and when they were missing...they were just missing. They didn't go anywhere to be missing...

This is my favorite rant...

All fourteen jurors will hold a press conference to show solidarity but only three will speak per Greta.

"Scott may well have done the deed, but I am concerned about the damage just done to our legal system here"

Definately circumstantial evidence. Definate problems with the jury. Definate problem with the Pro-abortion crowd and the anti-death penalty crowd.

I would expect a firestorm of appeals with the possibility of a mistrial being declared.

This thing is not over by a long I'm afraid to say.

Everything?

His wife and son are dead.

Scott will simply be some big burley guy's plaything for about 20 years.

Not on death row. Private room. Three squares a day. Books, etc. Free medical care. Free dental care. Free haircuts. Free legal advice. Utilities paid. All paid for by the fine citizens of Kalifornia.

I was comparing Tupperware and scrapbooking because Tupperware used to be the "cool" thing amongst Martha Stewart types. Now it's scrapbooking (and making nice looking but disgusting side dishes).

When Scott Peterson was arrested, the police found a map to Amber's workplace.

Don't get the verdict you want? Change jurors.

Want to obstruct justice? Get on a jury and fail to deliberate while you hold the rest hostage.

Hold on there...the jurors were not removed for trivial matters.

As for the soviet system...a shot in the back of the head reminds you of the US?

And one more point: the jury decided on the preponderance of the evidence...there was evidence and plenty of it.
