I can't exactly explain it, but you seem to stress the indiscriminate killing of adveraries a lot. Certainly Israel has the ability to exterminate her enemies if they seriously need to. I believe that.
The Israelis choose not to. They apparantly are unwilling to lower themselves to the same standards of their foes.
Perhaps the political pressures from other countries is a factor, but in a crunch, International politcs will not be considered when it comes to survival.
Israel is after all a civilized Nation. Diplomacy and tact has a place in the world in the affairs of nations.

If you go back and read my posts, you will see that I favor RELOCATING the Arab enemies of Israel, NOT killing them. I only advocated killing the terrorists and those who take up arms against Israel. Aside from that, I only suggested killing in retaliation to terror attacks.
