"Can anyone tell me what the name of Reverend Jackson's church is? Does he have one? Why is he never there? What seminary did he attend? "
Jeez you are picky. Can't a con man call himself "Reverend"? We had one call himself "President" for 8 years. What is this world coming to anyway?

I'm not familiar with Ohio law. If the judge determines a lawsuit to be frivolous, does the plaintiff have to pay legal fees for both sides?

If Blackwell runs I'll contribute to the campaign, and I'm in WA.

The court filing was made as the Rev. Jesse Jackson held a rally before hundreds of people in Columbus...The numbers seem to be dwindling.

Somebody at the DUmpster who went said the ballroom held I believe 800 people and there were about 50 empty seats. That's way better than the last little gathering Jesse had.

Reverend is a term meaning he was ordained by some religious organization.
My brother is one and was ordained by a local group of churches.I don`t know if there is any legal aspects to it and I don`t mean to diminish the title for those that admirably carry on the duties of a shepherd in a local church but it really doesn`t mean a lot in some respects.
I have known one pastor that refused to be ordained because he felt it was an inappropriate term of elevation. Each to their own.
Someone can be ordained and called Reverend and never have a thing to do with church such as Rev.Barry Lynn(I think that is his name)who is prominent for filing suits against any religious activity that is on public ground.

Bunny's Rally Rule: When a liberal reporter writes about a liberal rally, always divide the reported turnout by 5. If the rally is conservative; multiply by 4.

"Litigation proceeds?Extortion/Settlement proceeds?" All of the above plus private donations.
I don`t know if currently true but at one time the DNC funded many of his activities. If that had been Republican the bloodletting over it would be unbelievable.
Someone more knowledgeable on the DNC connection could shed more light on it.
