The analogy that I like to use is this:

You join an organization that opposes affirmative action, because you think it's unfair. You go to a few meetings, and it may be ok - they talk about the need to appoint judges that can read the Constitution, etc.

You go to the next meeting and they have a guest speaker who talks about the need to burn crosses and lynch blacks.

I know that I can safely assume that every Freeper would do at least one of the following:

a) Make sure that person and what he represents NEVER shows up again.
b) Leave the organization if that can't be done.
c) Call the FBI right after that meeting and have this guy put away.


The one thing that no one here would do is cheer this animal on and continue to attend the meetings on the same topic.

That describes Islam in a nutshell. They get away with it because they call themselves a "religion" and the MSM (and the libs) have determined that they are an "oppressed minority" and therefore gives them a total pass.

Given Islam's record on human rights, ANYONE defending this religion is no better than the people committing these crimes. There are easy steps that they can take - like leaving the religion (at least in this country) - but that's not happening.

Islam must ultimately be either banned or SEVERELY controlled in western nations. At the very least, if we're not going to ban it, we need to establish an official version of it which is tolerated, and ban the others. We need to heave ALL the wahhabi immams and other religious officials ASAP, i.e. like yesterday. Any connection between Islam in America and Saudi Arabia needs to be broken, including the practice of having sermons faxed in here from Rihyad on fridays; that's not freedom of religion, that's infiltration.

We should not kid ourselves. Behind the silence of the Muslim majority lies the tacit approval of the goals of Al Queda. The Muslim majority will always be our enemy ... even within the U.S. All non-muslim nations must take action to expel Islam from their lands and isolate them within other Muslim countries. Let them kill each other. We should not bequeath this problem to our children.

I read a post here somewhere that suggested Islam doesn't mean peace, but rather in the translation of the ME languages it means "submission". Which seems to fit as a better translation than "peace" does, based on many aspects of what we've observed.
