In the short run, yes they will. Rossi, short of a months-long challenge in court, based on specific legal graveman, has no forum in which to fight this. He could do this, the grounds are abundantly there, but the GOP will not sufficiently back him.

Oops, I forgot that's what the other faction in the "Two-Party Cartel" does. The other sits back & complains, sobs & waits until next time when they get burned worse.
