Scalia I thought has a policy against the media recording him, so this is interesting.
Probably involves Rehnquist.
Topic: The relevance of of foreign law on American constitutional jurisprudence.
I'd prefer Thomas, because he is more originalist and libertarian. Plus the added advantage of watching racist liberals go nuts.
Should be good - wish I could watch but I'll wait for the FReeper reviews.
Did they consult Senator Specter or Justice Sandra Day O'Conner? No assault on the constitution is complete without those two.

Gahhh...
Breyer defending citation of foreign law.

pfffft!
Of the two I'd very much prefer Thomas, simply because he will be on the bench much longer than Scalia.
who appointed Breyer to the court.. he looks to himself for the right answer.. this man is a loon
Clinton, of course...
Clinton. Breyer is better than the other Clinton Justice, Ginsburg.
Exactly.
