That's a very good question -- "happy" - when they're calves and playing tag -- they seem to be having fun.
I mean they always look content, but I've heard they're as dumb as a DU poster.
LOL - Absolutely!!
What a mean thing to say about a cow.
Libertarians are not the Republican BASE.. To Republicans Libertarinas are best discribed using baseball nominclature. But not the BASE, Libertarians are the BAT.. of the ding variaty..
Libertarians are not a factor in any race any more than the Greens are.
As Karl Rove has stated and proven so many times, political races are won by getting the base and indpendents. Under no circumstances will Rove allow a candidate he is manageing to try to get the fringe Libertarian votes. The right fringe of Libertarians and the left fringe of Greens do not cause Repubicans and Democrats to win or lose races as long as the candidates ignore both.
There are about 18 states that can elect conservative Republicans and about 18 states that can elect liberal Republicans. That leaves 14 states in play. Those 14 states elect some combination of Rinos and Dinos.
If the Republicans get 17 RINOS out of the 28 Senators, they can get conservative judges confirmed and pass conservative legislation. If the Democrats get 17 DINOs out of the 28 Senators they can get liberal measures passed and get liberal judges confirmed
Only a total retard could believe that 55 conservative or 55 liberal senators can be elected. It has never once happened in hour history. NO one with a brain thinks it can happen in the future.
It is typical of Libertarians to want to defeat RINOS.
i blame disney... they give human attributes to animals and corrupt our youth in believing bambi really missed his mother...
come to think about it, in most every disney flick one parent or the other is toast.

True, true......It would force them to use their most underused body part......that which is between their ears....
Wrong. Just plain wrong. Again, look at the results of the last Oregon governor's election. Go ahead, look at them:
Mannix (R): 581,785
Cox (L): 57,760
Kulongoski (D): 618,004
A lot more people voted for the libertarian candidate than there are registered libertarians in Oregon. And statistically, it looks like the Cox, the Libertarian, got an election throwing number of votes from registered Republicans. Why is that, do you think?
I think it's because Mannix was not politically any different from Kulongoski. Their tax and budget plans were indistinguishable. And Kevin Mannix is no friend of gun owners, and has in fact proven himself an avid foe of your Second Ammendment Rights. Given the choice between the Rat and the RINO, many Oregonians took the third option and voted Libertarian. At the very least, it teaches the Republican Party that they cannot ababdon their libertarian roots.
And as to that statement, consider this quote:
"I believe the very heart and soul of conservatism is libertarianism. I think conservatism is really a misnomer, just as liberalism is a misnomer for the liberals ... The basis of conservatism is a desire for less government interference or less centralized authority or more individual freedom, and this is a pretty general description also of what libertarianism is."
- President Ronald Reagan
This quote goes a long way to explain President Reagan's enduring popularity with the majority of Americans, despite the better attempts of the Democrats and their Big Media Masters.
I think your problem is that you are confused about the difference between small 'l' libertarians and big 'L' Libertarians. A lot of the big 'L' official party Libertarians are moon-bat nutso. But so what? A vastly larger number of official party Republicans and the majority of independents (the same independents you say Karl Rove was so desperate to sway) are small 'l' libertarians. They are not fooled when a RINO like Mannix comes asking for their vote.
If official party Republicans actually pay attention to election results, even a moon-bat nutso Libertarian Party is sufficient to keep the official Republican Party true to its small 'l' libertarian conservative roots. So long as official party Republicans misunderstand the nature of libertarianism the way you do, more and more official party RINOs will lose to big 'L' Libertarian spoilers. Wait and see.
All "fairy "tales are very violent and ususally very scarey to little kids.
Great Pic - LOL
