My pen name will be almost identical to my ancient FR screen name, Arthur March. And critics can call me whatever they please. [Make my day.] It will be a news letter, along with special reports, and assisting activist movements. There will be a high emphasis on distribution in my local area, South Boston, VA. It will-- of course, include constant, perpetual promotion of the greatest think-tank in the world-- our trail-blazing forum. Your post might be added to the final draft.
But I would like to share what I write first with my fellow FReepers, for input and possible refinements. I'd be foolish not to seek your often-wise councel. You, as a group, are my professors and elders. I will most likely counter any objections to what I write, but please don't think that's because I don't want to hear from you. I do listen more than most.
There's also an earlier, related thread here:

I made you a promise there. Despite feeling swamped with all the junk going on, this one is so under-reported, I couldn't stand watching it get buried. It will NOT get buried, God willing!
I thought a judge through out the charges after viewing a video tape of the event.
Through out =threw out
No, charges were dropped against some of them but not all. Four adults and one 17 year old are still charged.

One of the attorneys for the Christian protesters who are criminally charged for evangelizing at an outdoor homosexual event in Philadelphia has renewed an appeal in federal court, citing the Supreme Court statement "Speech cannot be ... punished or banned simply because it might offend a hostile mob."
Yesterday on WorldNetDaily
Histrionics by the Washington Times?
"Four Christian activists face arraignment ... in Philadelphia on felony charges in what they describe as their "peaceful protest" of a homosexual rights event last fall. The defendants, all members of an evangelical Christian group called Repent America, "exercised their First Amendment rights by preaching the Gospel, and they did it peacefully," said Brian Fahling, an attorney for the American Family Association, who is representing them... Philadelphia is fascist.
I saw the video the guy shot leading up to his arrest.. He and his party crashed a permitted protest and refused to go to a counter protest area that he was instructed to move to. Anyone would be arrested for that regardless of religion. The guy was begging to be arrested.
Only one of the three charges, ethnic something or other, could be said to have anything to do with religion. The other two had to do with public safety.
I will try again to get on the Rush Limbaugh show with this. I tried early in the week but the call screener would not let me on saying, he and/or Rush didn't think it was important. I can't believe the MSM is not picking this up. Then again I can believe it.
And now everything becomes much clearer. Isn't it just amazing how WorldNutDaily just happens to not mention these things?
I noticed you were at another, important, related thread:

BIBLE AND PRAYER IN THE HISTORY OF AMERICA
Thank you for caring about our nation's spiritual path. FReegards....
They were apparently told to go over to a designated counterprotest area, and refused.
At that point, they got treated like the MoveOn.org turds did.
But do they deserve 47 years imprisonment? Or even the threat of such a long time in prison? That is the question.
Given that they were demanding prison, why should they complain about how much they get?
The same people probably invented that number by adding the maximum of the three charges against him. No one will likely get more than weeks in prison if any at all.
