[Make my day.] It will be a news letter, along with special reports, and assisting activist movements. There will be a high emphasis on distribution in my local area, South Boston, VA. It will-- of course, include constant, perpetual promotion of the greatest think-tank in the world-- our trail-blazing forum. Your post might be added to the final draft.
But I would like to share what I write first with my fellow FReepers, for input and possible refinements. I'd be foolish not to seek your often-wise councel. You, as a group, are my professors and elders. I will most likely counter any objections to what I write, but please don't think that's because I don't want to hear from you. I do listen more than most.

I will try again to get on the Rush Limbaugh show with this. I tried early in the week but the call screener would not let me on saying, he and/or Rush didn't think it was important. I can't believe the MSM is not picking this up. Then again I can believe it.

I'll reserve my final opinion on this story until I've seen more facts but for now it appears that these people ignored a valid police order and now they want to to whine about being arrested. Everything beyond that seems to be spin in order to create sympathy for their defense.
Unless I see more evidence that changes my current opinion, the defendants wouldn't want me on their jury.
I'm a Christian and if this moron and his crew show up on my street to "preach" with bullhorns I'll call the police and expect to see them hustled off for disturbing the peace, at the very least. Depending on the time of day I'd be inclined to set my dogs on them.
Street preaching and leafletting are perfectly legal.
Being an outright pain in the derriere is just being a pain in the derriere and to say that he is 'preaching' as opposed to terrorizing and just being a nuisance is nonsense.
If any of these people receive even a one day sentence, its time for that court to evaporate.

They are the ones who filed a bar complaint against the prosecutor on the palm beach prosecutors.
Why is this important? Almost ALL federal judges have been appointed from the ranks of the DOJ in recent years. A bar complaint against these homosexual lawyers who abused their badges will have this as a blemish on their records regardless of the outcome. It will come up on the off chance any are nominated for the bench. (I guarantee all of them would just loooooove to be judges)
It will also send a message to other government lawyers who may consider similar actions. They will have to respond to a bar complaint and risk their entire career in order to repeat this stunt.
My goodness, this is happening in a place where Homosexuals are not enlisted in the hate crimes, how much worse can it be for countries which do have homosexuals included in the hate crime?.

In Sweden for the same crime a pastor was sentenced only for one month in prison.
