Sometimes I can get these videos, sometimes I can't. This time I can't. Anyone have any advice?

If you can not view the above media you may need to install the following:

WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER 9 SERIES
QUICKTIME
MACROMEDIA FLASH

Right-click this link and "save as" then view it locally on your computer.
