The only antipathy that is getting annoying, frankly, is yours toward the rest of us.

My posts have been light-hearted and fun on this thread except to mention to you that other points of view are not verboten, so don't tell me to take anything elsewhere.

Where in my post did I show any antipathy towards you?
Your post was actually one of the better (and, yes-- mostly lighthearted) posts so far from those FReepers who believe that politics and film appreciation are unacceptable (a view I have never shared).

I was simply telling you that this thread is designed for people who actually care about this ceremony, and it is a waste of both of our times (and bandwidth at that) to bog it down with a lot of negativity and partisan sniping.

If I have misunderstood you before and you want to enjoy the Globes as well as I and the other posters on this thread, then I am sorry. But I take these awards shows seriously, and I can't abide without comment killjoy attacks on the ceremonies.

Angelica Huston was fabulous a few years back playing a witch who turned children into rats. Can't remember the name, but I do remember Prizi's Honor. She was great in that too.
