People on earlier threads have said that although the court is very liberal, some of them may have consciences. Let's hope that's true.

At least three are not liberal. None of them are so stupid that they would rule against a revote, especially with all the publicity about this case and the fact that three of them will be facing possible re-election in less than two years; none of whom are the three non-liberals.

What in the world leads one to believe that such judges as these (and those in FL and NJ as well) have "consciences."?
