WRC TV came on with the news that authorities were talking to a man in a van who had made threats.
Either an idiot or something worse.

WRC TV reports that a van going through the area of Pennsylvania Ave. and 15th Street was routinely stopped by police. The driver of the van then apparently said certain things that lead the police to call in the Secret Service, bomb squad, etc.
