Huh? Sounds like talk from Alex Jones, you know--that nut job on the radio. We have a guy up at work that talks like this. The global elites are trying to reduce the world population by giving tainted vaccines, 911 was our own governments efforts to cause panic and have free people give up liberties for a mild form of Marshall law so the elites can secretly exert control. hmmmmm, sounds a bit far fetched to me.
