I clicked over to ABC for a minute, just to hear the other side, and Peter Jennings was talking to the Drama Queen (Richard Clarke).
Clarke was saying how he "was able to drive the four miles from his home in Virginia to the ABC studios in Washington in only twelve minues, because everyone not involved in the inauguration had fled the city."
