He could have had this ticket vacated in a New York minute if he'd just kept his cool. Now that it's gone public, he's in the soup. This will not help his future career even if he gets away with it. It not only shows that he's corrupt; it shows that he has poor judgment and is ineffectual, which is probably worse in political circles.
I agree... all he had to say to the Judge is that he quickly parked as part of his Senate duties, case dismissed.
