A brave 15-year-old girl who came to court yesterday to confront her rapist became hysterical when he refused to apologize or make a statement at his sentencing. "I'm going to kill you," the diminutive teen, identified only by her nickname, Kris, screamed at Tyrell Averhart as he was sentenced to 12 years in prison in Brooklyn Supreme Court. "I hate you!"

As overcrowded as they are, he'll be out in 18 mos. Heck, they release murderers in 2-5 years.

My advice to diminutive Kris is: don't just go out and kill him, but buy a big gun (.45 automatic), learn how to shoot that gun straight at the pistol range, and be prepared to kill the rapist in self defense if necessary.

When the scumbag gets out in a few months, Kris should be familiar with shooting a tranquilizer gun and the appropriate dose to knock out the aforementioned scumbag. When he comes for her, she should shoot him with it to knock him out.
When he wakes up, he should find himself naked and bound with his legs spread apart. Kris should then be standing over him with a suitably dull knife. Telling him it's too late to apologize, she should then slowly give him a sex change.
He took something from her and I think she should return the favor.

Remember the Dirty Harry movie "Sudden Impact?" Sondra Locke's character would shoot the perp in the genitals and then in the head. That's how she should kill him.

"Assistant District Attorney Charles Tucker took the plea deal offered by Averhart's attorney in order to keep his client from having to take the stand and testify in front of a jury."
I hate plea deals. This young girl seems has the courage necessary to face her assailant at the sentencing so she should have testified. Then maybe the court would have been able to give a harsher punishment. The Assistant DA was just trying to save the court some money and himself some work, IMHO.

It is easy to get even with somebody in prison. Prisons have more gossip than any where else in the world. Of course this is due to having nothing much to do. She just needs a friend that can go visit an inmate that has a family. Pick one out that is a career criminal. When you visit this person tell him about the new sneakers, clothes and full pantry his family enjoys. Then ask how is the rat bastard SNITCH that raped the girl and got a plea bargain because he turned on some drug dealer that is siting in prison, doing? (sic) Then say your kids will have good clothes for school this year.

They have to make room for the real criminals, like the pot-smokers and ravers. Yeah. Stupid idiots think stuff like this.

Perhaps you could start thinking about real things rather than cheesy 25 year old movies.

The guy executed the other day in California had murdered someone in 1969. But he only spent 7 years in prison.

Likely the family knows how the system works:
"The plan was to make the teen a prostitute, but she managed to free herself and run home to her mother, a Correction Department captain who works at Rikers Island.
