FOREIGN mobsters are invading Britain, police chiefs warned yesterday.

And they are recruiting an army of professionals like accountants and lawyers to make billions from UK crime.

The bosses are exploiting weaker border controls after last year’s EU expansion into the East for crimes like drugs, people smuggling and fake goods. And they are using asylum to get henchmen into this country.

The shock warnings come from the EU police agency Europol — who revealed 40,000 criminals are now in organised European gangs.

They said mobsters’ tentacles are so widespread the gangs are developing “multi-crime portfolios” that include normal businesses.

Albanian, Russian and Chinese gangs are the most widespread across the EU, adds the agency.

Eastern European criminals are particularly feared because they are so willing to use violence.

The Russians head cigarette smuggling into the UK while Kurdish and Turkish syndicates are the most heavily involved in the drugs trade.

Romanian gangs concentrate on organised pick-pocketing, shoplifting and burglaries — while ruthless Bulgarian syndicates specialise in trafficking women for prostitution.

Shadow Home Secretary David Davis said: “This is a direct consequence of our porous borders. They are allowing these crimes to prosper.”

Crime flood

THE SUN warned years ago about the dangers of relaxing border controls across the EU.

But we were accused of being anti-European.

We also warned about the perils of illegal immigrants running massive crime rackets.

This time we were accused of being Little Englanders.

But a report from Europol shows we were right. Gangs are using the expansion of the EU to eastern Europe to flood Britain with drugs, prostitutes and counterfeit goods.

Trafficking in humans is bringing misery, poverty and crime to our shores in huge numbers.

The new Serious Organised Crime Agency will have a mammoth task on its hands.

So here’s another warning from The Sun: SOCA will need more men and more money if it is to win the crime war.

I was in England to visit English friends last year. Everything in England is nailed down or locked up tight because theft is so bad there and even then, they still steal you blind. Crime is worse there than here. Plus there's lots of unassimilated Muslim communities that will never blend in and don't care if they don't outright despise their host country.

We have all of those ethnic organized crime in America as well. One could easily add Jamaican and Nigerian gangs here.

Organized Crime is about money and is a different animal than terrorism. There is a business first and foremost.Terrorism is violence for PR .

Terrorism is a PR racket . The goal is to get headlines. Do you know what an Assyrian Christian is ? Do you know what a Karen is ? The reason you do not is that they don't kill innocent people for photo ops.
Organized Crime is a business the money comes first and foremost. The violence that occurs is a part of a ruthless business. It never or seldom is gratuitous.

That's what many Americans don't realize. Clinton bombed the wrong side when He bombed the Serbians. The Albanians are and have been trying to kill off the Serbs for the last 100 years, ever since the Serbs finally freed themselves from occuptaion from the ottoman empire. The Albanians are backed by Iran, Al Quada, are involved in human trafficiking, guns, drugs etc. Clinton, because of his ingnorance, and much to the dismay of the Russians, has most likely signed the death warrant for the Serbs, a total genocide is about to happen, one that wasn't quite completed when Arafats uncle, Hussaini slaughtered 100 thousand of them during ww2, thanks to Hitler giving him control of an SS division. There are only about 100,000 serbs left, Unarmed for the most part thanks to Clintoon, while the Albanians are armed to the teeth, and slowly destroying 12 century orthadox churches, using them as public restrooms. I was stationed in region for a couple years.

Yes there is an element of organized crime that does fund some terrorist activity. There was a case of people smuggling cigarettes to fund terrorism.
However, there are other cases of legitimate businesses such as a local fast food outlet raising money for terrorism. This was reported in the NY Sun about two years ago and other companies have been reported. Money is also raised in Mosques for pseudo charities .

I have a certain affection for the British, but its hard for me to feel sympathy for them on this issue.
They wanted these people in their country and have to live with the consequences.
