Isn't flight across state lines to avoid prosecution a federal crime? If it is try him in federal court in Arizona for the killing in Texas.

I don't know but I'm confident he'll be extradited back here. We have a good district attorney and Bush is a Texan too. ; > Of course, you knew that! ; >

East Texas juries don't go easy on criminals like this. They did make that dreaded Laney mistake, however, and I'm sure that will always be in the backs of jurors minds to never shame Tyler or the State of Texas again with a verdict like that!
