There are many Whales in the sea. It has been a source of income for Norwegians for a long time. There are enough whales, hunting will not hurt the whale population

Excatly how many are there, I'm sure from your post you are an expert on these things and have personally counted each one and researched them. I know that yo would not just make a statement like that on a uneducated assumption. Would you?

Actions mount against wolf hunt.

They want to kill 25% of Norway's wolf population.

My fellow posters make light of this. Perhaps your concerns would be better understood if posters would just recall that you Swedes wantonly killed all but a handful of your native emus and jack o' lanterns not that many years ago.

Why don't we get these wolves and put them in Texas and California? Hire them for border patrol since Bush can't afford to pay for real people?

I saw a documentary one time about this wolf that would show up to work, clock in, and proceed to stalk sheep all day. This sheepdog would clock in as well, and foil most all of his attempts in rather humorous ways.

I've seen that documentary, too, but what I find suspicious is that if you watch the end of it, you'll notice that the wolf and sheepdog are all buddy-buddy at the end as they head off after work. It kind of reminds me of watching Senator Hatch and Chappaquiddick Ted going at it on the Senate floor, only to throw their arms around each other at the end of the day as they head off to their favorite bar. I get the feeling everyone's a wolf and there ain't no sheepdogs lookin' after us!
