For Tsunami Survivors, A Touch of Scientology
Meyers is healing the survivors, he says, employing the techniques he has learned from Scientology. More precisely, he is helping them heal themselves, eradicating pain waves and allowing energy waves to flow, clearing pathways for nerves to run errands of anatomical necessity, liberating the spirit to align with the body as described in the confident prose of the late L. Ron Hubbard, founder of Scientology and the applied practices known as Dianetics.
Amid the grief and loss in southern India, against a clamor for food and attention to the threat of disease, the Scientologists are here, offering up "locational processing," cognition and "spiritual beingness."

They would respond that with the amount of cash required to feed a thousand needy people, they could fund the introduction of 5 more people to Xenu.
The MSM has lost its mind.
Please forgive my Neanderthal naiveté, but what, may I ask, is "Xenu"?
"not really sure that the answer will improve my quality of life"

According to some Scientologists, and I'm not one, nor do I play one on TV, and to the best of my knowledge, Xenu is a space alien, representative of the many space aliens which inhabit human bodies. They are bad naughty space aliens.
Apparently it is the job of a Scientologist auditor to help other humans to rid themselves of space aliens.
If you join the Church of Scientology, pay a lot of money and go through many auditing sessions (around $400/hour and up) eventually you will reach a level where you will have a clearer understanding of Xenu. They might even let you shake hands with Tom Cruise.
P.T. Barnum would have been awestruck at this.....the sheer marketing brilliance of it all.
My guess, however, is that Barnum respected people's intelligence too much to even consider the notion of anyone falling for a stunt like this.
Local officials said they expelled members of the Church of Scientology who had moved into premises in the school where the hostage crisis unfolded to afford "psychological assistance" to the population.
OMG I hadn't heard of that at all....thanks very much for posting.
I guess I'm just speechless....it's amazing what will come about when you give a group of spiritually empty and profoundly stupid people huge amounts of money, and the freedom to do with it as they please.
I'm very happy that they were thrown out.....it's about the only good thing I've heard come out of that whole Beslan tragedy.
"The Xenu leaflet tells in some detail the story the big secret that is in the OT III level.
It tells of the alien galactic ruler Xenu who was in charge of Earth and 75 other planets in this part of the galaxy some 75 million years ago and how he cured overpopulation by paralysing the people of the other planets, flying them to Earth in DC-8 space planes, arranging them round a volcano to murder them with H bombs.
Not done with that these souls of these murdered people were gathered up and boxed, taken to cinemas and shown films for several days. The end result being that the souls clustered together and now inhabit people in their thousands.
And of course they must be removed at huge expense..."
One of their hired cops (a Officer Wiggins type) tried to intimidate us. My friend who was a lawyer laughed him off and verbally dressed him down. What totally shocked me at the time was that this little outfit of weirdos has been successful in extracting millions and millions of dollars from John Travolta, Kelly Preston, Tom Cruise, Kirstie Alley, and many others.
I suppose if you wish to reject God at all costs, you will.
Scientology was invented so the Jehovah's Witnesses would have someone to laugh at.
You mean you dont feel the waves? That Xenu is a powerful guy. From what little I have read Scientology was formed from a bet L Ron Hubbard made , when he said he could form a religion and get rich. Scientology is a bit like Kwaanza as both are made up from whole cloth.
Yes here is a website for you guys that are interested.... I spent sometime reading it a while back.
What shocks and frightens me is the massive campaign their lawyers wage behind the scenes to destroy all those who speak out against CoS. Clearwater FL is almost totally run by CoS. They are VERY dangerous.
