Dave!
NOOOOooooooo!!!!!!
*sigh*
I guess I'll have to write him a letter, pack up all my Koz jazz CDs and send them back to him.
This is a fairly cross-genre list. Truthfully, the only one I'm sad to see on it is Dave Koz, he is a jazz saxophonist.
Peace -
What makes you ask that?
Anyway, I'm almost positive that she is married.
I think that with regards to Moore the question was answered when she was mistakenly listed as one of Hollywood's closet Republicans, and then her publicist issued a press release stating emphatically that Moore is not and has never been a Republican. You'd think she'd just been called a Nazi or something.
Dolly sold out long ago, and there have been rumors for years that she swings both ways.
Doesn't Dolly Parton have gospel singers at "Dollywood" ?Don't think I would go there to sing after this!
'Oh golly gee we hate Dolly P....'
Hate? Why would you hate her? She might be a disgrace, and you might not agree with her politically, but that is certainly no reason to hate her.
Peace to you...
That statement just seems to work in an n-dimensional sort of way, doesn't it?
You just can't make this stuff up.
Guess this is the only gig the Dixie Chicks can get now. As for the rest of the names...I don't own anything by any of them anyway and as for Dolly, we rarely listen to her either.
People are free to decide whether to live sinful and unhealthy lifestyles that amount to a cancer on society. The rest of us are free to decide how far we want this cancer to spread. Apparently, these artists are advocating this lifestyle as healthy and pure, and now we know which side they have chosen.
Yeah but neither of those were definitive. I watched Dolly on Cavuto and she was very careful not to exclaim any political ideology or adherence when Cavuto was pushing her to tell him where her allegiance lies. As far as Moore goes if I was a young and rising star in Hollywood I would make sure my publicist or my publicist would make sure not to get politics entangled in an early career to make sure job offers still come.
'...features some 30 artists, including Yoko Ono, who sings "Every Man Has a Man."...'
Seems to me that 'Yoko Ono, who sings' is the only part of this statement that is at all newsworthy. How can this be true? Why would anyone pay for the privelege to listen?
The world may never know...
I will not be returning with my family to Dixie Stampede in Branson. Just cancelled the summer trip with the wife and kids to Dollywood. Two things marked off my recently created to-do list!
Dolly Parton? How sad that she could be involved in the promotion of a sinful lifestyle.
Dolly wants to be seen with that group of crazy artists. Dolly just left the room. Bye.
There's nobody on this list that surprises (or disappoints) me. Thankfully, not one of my favorite musicians is on this list.
It's just getting easier and easier to save my money.
