I know, but chances are the he will never sign the form because it will show that he was given a dishonorable discharge and probably pardoned by Jimmy Carter.

I agree that he will not sign the form, but I believe that he was given an "OTH" discharge and not a "DisH.".
Anything less then an honorable though ends this guys xchances for future national office. But Mass. will continue to reelect him, hands down.
