If you'd like to be on or off this middle east/political ping list, please FR mail me.
Clearly what's will happen next is a PA offensive against Hamas and other terrorist groups, disarming them so they're no longer a threat to the region.

"Hamas is maintaining its position. There will not be a real truce with Israel without real reciprocity," he said."We will act on the truce depending on the commitment by the Zionist enemy to meet our conditions, starting with all Palestinian prisoners."
Please read the following post with a extra large dose of heavy sarcasm...
With statements like this how can you not be optimistic?

Has Hamas released those ransomed body parts yet?

One would like to think so. That's what it took to stop the violence in Ireland after the establishment of the Irish Free State. I guess we'll see if the same thing happens in Palestine.

Hamas said Tuesday that it was not bound by the ceasefire announced by Palestinian leader Mahmud Abbas at a Middle East peace summit in Egypt. Continuing with today's stories on the Duh News Channel, the sky is blue and bears prefer to sh!t in the woods.

So, very soon H & H will see to it that this charade is over and then even State may understand that to fight and win the WOT all dragons, without exception, must be slain.
(Or maybe I'm way too optimistic about Foggy Bottom...)

It`s a 'Hudna'.Been done before, only a respite for the terrorists to regroup and regain strength. There will be no peace. The PLO charter to destroy Isreal was never revoked.
The tribe of Judah shall never be vanquished. The islamofascists will,in the end, lose.
To: SJackson
A truce with the nation of Palestine...However, the Palestinian military will not participate in the truce...
Sounds like someone is holding Sharon's family hostage...What rational person could agree to something like this???

The PLO charter to destroy Isreal was never revoked. Abbas reiterated his support for both the PLO Charter and the Phased Plan during the campaign. He's made no secret of his objectives.

Hamas says not bound by Palestinian ceasefire No problem...Israel is not bound to included Hamas in IT'S ceasefire.

The terrorist on the right, odds are he was trained and armed by the CIA....Because he is not aiming his weapon at a tender spot of his companion No, because all the snipers in the PA police (day job-terrorists) were trained by the CIA. I said odds are because a small number of gunmen were thought to have come into the West Bank from Afghanistan.

So the obvious is true to those who pay attention.
It is a war to the end.One side must be wiped off the face of the earth.
Does anyone expect the tribe of Judah and the other 11 tribes to lose.
