He doesn't seem to realize "the Bill of Rights" is to prevent all (local, state, fed.) Government from acting against "the original B.O.R.", it supposedly left the private citizens alone...d@mn the "Activist" fed. bench.."the constitution is a living document" crowd has almost, killed it.
