5 years on a study that says in ~90 years Boston may be flooded by storm surges?

Can I itemize this on my tax returns?

If the sea is rising, why is it that after this tsunami, the sea level is Lower, exposing an ancient city wall in India?
Now, flooding RATS out of Boston isn't such a bad thing is it? What we need to do, is create MORE carbon dioxide (a natural occurring gas). How best to do this without creating other harmful pollutants? There are several ways, including allowing enviro-wienies to manage the forests, which will eventually pile up with highly flammable litter and burn down.
Or, we can simply supply every (fat)American with a treadmill, thus getting them to breathe a little harder, creating oodles of carbon dioxide, eventually flooding out all the rats in Boston.

Boston underwater -it's a good start. If we try really hard, drive a whole lot and REALLY fast, use as much electricity as we can, burn forests, etc. we may be able to take out all of New England in my lifetime!
Hey - I can dream!!!

I just went out and started my lawnmower. I've heard they are the worst contributers to pollution. I figure if I keep it running non-stop for a couple eons, I'll be able to leave my children's great to the 10th power grandchildren beach front property

Yes indeed, you cCAN be a contributer of Carbon dioxide and enjoy yard work at the same time. other than running your lawn mower, blower, trimmers etc. You can take another page out of the enviro-weinie book, and start a compost. A good, active compost produces oodles of green house gases, even while you sleep!

I thought that the Olds-Kerry federal sinkhole project in Boston was already flooded?

Ted Kennedy will be safe in his oldsmobile... Now he'll be able to drown passengers without having to leave the parking lot.

On a more serious note, there isn't enough ice at the north and south poles to (even if every last ice cube melted) raise the sea levels that much. a few inches at the most. I wish these "chicken little lefties" would at least do the math before they publish scare tactics designed to encourage America to sign onto the already proven flawed Kyoto accord. (Ironically, it was proven flawed by a CANADIAN scientist)

Can we ask what good the EPA does?
Most of their policies have only made things worse. You may ask...
Don't expect an answer any time soon, though.
The remarkable thing is that when the EPA was promoted and created, it was limited to fact finding and advice only
There is a profound and very important lesson there.

This is true. At the time of the War for Independence, the Charles River was two miles wide at the basin where the Esplinade is located. Much of Boston is on landfill. Global Warming will revert it to its "pristine" condition.

The big half-moon divot upper right was Mill Pond, now the landfill known as Back Bay (map circa 1769).
John Kerry's house on Beacon Hill would be to the right in the purple section.
Kerry's house would be Charles River riverfront, and Back Bay would return to a smelly swamp.
Let nature prevail.

Well there is some comforting merit in seeing Massachusetts sinking under the Atlantic...we would get rid of one of the worst breeding ground of socialists/communists in this country. I see that as a major plus. But on the other hand, Teddy really knows how to swim...
