Posted on 02/17/2005 12:02:29 PM PST by GunnyBob
The Gunny strikes again.
In the spring of 2004, Bob Newman, aka Gunny Bob of the "Gunny Bob Show" on Newsradio 850 KOA and a frequent guest analyst on the FOX News Channel, stunned the world by reporting that North Korea was developing a nuclear-capable intercontinental ballistic missile that could reach the United States.
In testimony before the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence on 15 Febraury 2005, Porter Goss, the Director of Central Intelligence (DCI), confirmed the Gunny's report.
And three years after the Gunny began reporting FBI surveillance of al Qaeda cells within the United States, FBI Director Robert Mueller, also in testimony before the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence on 15 February 2005, confirmed the Gunny's reports.
Gunny Bob's reports included details on precisely where and what types of targets the al Qaeda reconnaissance cells were collecting intelligence on, including potential targets in Houston, Los Angeles, Alaska and Philadelphia.
This is a surprise to anyone beyond the Michael Moore pale?
Good work, but Loose Lips.........
The first book I read after 9/11 was Steven Emerson's book "Jihad in America". It's a frightening look at the sleeper cells, complete with maps, by a man who has been tracking Islamic extremists in this country for over 12 years. He's one of the first people the FBI called after 9/11 and he has had to rent a huge warehouse to contain all the paperwork.
I believe it was this Emerson character who, after the OKC bombing, was one of the first to get in front of a camera and start screaming that the attack was conducted by Muslim jihadists.
Real analysts who have actually worked in the CT field for many years don't conduct themselves that way. When they make a public analysis, they cite facts, protect sources, never reveal classified intel, and consider think-tank rats, academicians and talking heads with little if any genuine operational time to be pretenders who would never have survived in the real world of specops and CT.
Has this ever been disproven?
Just how accurate are these missiles... any guess?
Michael Savage knew all this back in 1993. Everybody just stole it from him.
I don't remember him getting in front of the cameras during the OKC matter. And if you haven't read the book The Third Terrorist by Jayna Davis which has been endorsed by James Woolsey, former CIA Director, who said we owe a debt of gratitude to Davis for bringing the truth about the Jihadist connections to OKC, then you are doing yourself, and Emerson, if he did as you suggested, a great dis-service.
Who hoo! You sir, by order of my self appointed self, are awarded the honour of the famous: VANITY POST OF THE WEEK. God bless you and all who sail on you!
Yeh, there is more to OKC/Murrah bombing than we will ever know. It got covered up much too quickly; similar to TWA 800.
[I remember the media commentators that morning. Their very first suppositions were 'Middle Eastern terrorism.' Then, about an hour afterward, they all changed their stories to, 'well, maybe we have to consider homegrown terrorism.' Funny, too, that a 'memo' came from 'high up' to bury any ME connection. Guess who was associated with that memo? Jamie Gorelick. Remember her? Remember who, Ashcroft revealed, helped build the wall between the CIA and FBI? Jamie Gorelick. Yeh. Much more happened in OKC than the public may ever know.]
It wasn't just supposition either in the first hours of the OKC bombing.
I was home that day and they had a photo on television of an Arab man seen running away from the scene by several survivors.
He looks exactly like the man identified in Jayna Davis's book who, coincidentally, was working at Logan Airport in the food handling business on 9/11. Yup. He left Oklahoma after that bombing and went to work at Logan where he told people, previous to 9/11, if anything ever happens here, I will be blamed for it.
I have recommended the book The Third Terrorist to some people in this town who doubted very strongly that Jihadists were behind the OKC bombing. After they read the book, every single one of them belives that jihadists helped McVeigh and Nichols. Every one of them. It's a must read.
Google 'Jayna Davis' for OKC bombing info and ties to Iraqi intelligence, who were tied to the first WTC bombing in 93.
Just how accurate does a nuclear armed missle need to be?
Close is good enough I would think
I've heard that their guidance systems are still primitive.
For all of you conspiracy lovers out there, I thank you. You make the best callers on my shows. When one of you gets on, my producer plays the X Files theme as a bed under the call. So far, none of those callers have realized the gag.
Me? I live in the real world and have no interest in moving to Fantasyland. However, I do hear the fish are all HUGE there!
I especially love how the story goes that a ship filled with sailors is somehow staying absolutely quiet regarding their shooting down a jetliner. That's a real knee-slapper!
PS: The CIA really DID have Princess Diana whacked because she found out Elvis is driving a cab in Miami.
The truth is out there.
Now go gobble a frog.
Please provide me with genuine evidence of Woolsey endorsing this person.
Like I would ever call your show. I've never even heard of you before.
You silly English king! To quote a Frenchman in 932AD England, "Your mother was a hampster and your father smelled of elderberries!"
If you knew anything about my background, you would, of course, have realized vanity was not at work. Because I have broken so many stories and made so many accurate predictions in the WoT, and because those stories and predictions are oftentimes not covered by the mainstream media/not made by anyone else, I oftentimes am accused of making stuff up. That's why when the directors of the FBI and CIA come out on the same day and confirm two of the 58 stories I have broken/predictions I have made, I post it.
Now go boil your bottom or I will taunt you a second time.
Unless you live in Colorado and listen to AM talk radio, or watch FOX News Channel, there's no reason why you would have heard of me.
Besides, getting through on the phone to my show usually takes hours; so many callers, you see. ;-)
If you did five minutes worth of investigation on Google or Amazon you would find Woolsey endorsing Jayna Davis. Why do you need me to do your investigating for you?
Davis actually is quoted in the book as saying something like (paraphrase):
The world owes a debt of gratitude to Jayna Davis for uncovering the truth about OKC.
Google Jayna Davis.
Look at the Amazon editorial write-ups and free reading pages for The Third Terrorists.
You do my investigating for me? Are you on crack? I wasn't the one who brought up this Davis person. You are the conspiracy theorist, not me.
Oh, and Woolsey says he has no evidence at all that Iraq carried out the OKC bombing.
Oh, and because you sound rather lazy, here's Woolsey's endorsement of Davis and her book and investigative work into the OKC bombing:
Maybe you're the one on crack.
Thought you may be interested in this.

You are clearly a crack head. I never said anything about al Qaeda, OBL and Saddam being connected or not connected in this string, so sober up.
Oh, you might want to check my bio. I am the CT guy who, on his website, has all sorts of links showing Saddam's links to terrorism. My bio is below so that you won't live in ignorance any longer. See, you live in the theoretical world where you base your opinions only on what you agree with in the media. You wouldn't know a terrorist if one bit you in the ankle. I shall eagerly await your matching bio.
Hey Gunny Bob. Hope you are feeling better. We've missed not having you each evening on KOA over the past few days while you've been out recovering from being under the weather. See you soon. Semper Fi!
This site is a goldmine of information.
The ricin attacks on the White House and Senate? Don't you mean the anthrax attacks?
And you can predict in advance where terrorist attacks are going to occur? You sure missed 9/11.
You sound like a self promoter. You're also rude. And that you didn't know about Woolsey and OKC and Jayna Davis makes me worry about just how much you really know.
And reading comprehension is your friend. As I said previously, the reason I gave the links is that the Old Media doesn't believe in the connections, not because they DO believe in the connections. Sheesh. Buy a clue. Also, although I didn't want to demean your web site, I did think your own list of connections was a little, how shall we say, wanting.
GunnyBob, can you send me an autographed 8x10 glossy picture of you? You sound like a real hero!
Still awaiting your matching bio.
If you want to live in the conspiracy theorist world, that's OK with me. Black helicopters and all. The NWO. The boogeyman. As I said, kooks like you are great callers to my shows.
And since Google is your soul means of research, try googling "ricin, white house and senate." The attacks will pop up.
Amateurs such as yourself who think that, because you have Google, you are CT pros, make those of us who really are laugh. You have no clue, Peach, but what's funny is how you think you do.
Again, as soon as your list of quals matches mine, I will buy you a house.
Son, note the word "hero" is nowhere in my bio. My bio is what it is. If you are jealous, sorry.
Thanks! I will be back Monday. I've missed the shows, too!
Oh, I was part of a study group in the 1980s that specifically predicted attacks on certain high-value structures with airliners that had been hijacked. Our findings were ignored by the ignorant. So, no, I didn't miss 9-11. In fact, my team predicted just such an attack many years earler.
Sorry. I know that will upset you in your safe little world where Google is your god.
And she's right. Your hubris preceeds you so much you've tripped over it and fell on your face. Just an observation.
You're more than a fool, you're a blowhard fool.
Are you being treated for manic-depression? Just my humble opinion that you may want to look into seeing someone about it. By the way -- a real live doctor, not some "expert" on your phone list.
In the spring of 1998, I knew that North Korea was developing a nuclear-capable ICBM. So did anyone with an IQ greater than that of a turnip. What took you SIX FRICKIN' YEARS to figure it out, Gunny? Jeez, the USMC went to s**t after I got out!
I am quite used to people like you wanting to be people like me. Whine on.
In the early days of FR, you couldn't help but fall over the North Korea nuke connection. I don't know why this dude thinks he deserves such praise? Gosh, it's almost embarassing to realize how long I've been sitting here reading this site. I'm gonna have to saw my bottom off the chair and go refresh my coffee.
I have no desire to be like you; I suspect you are currently insane.
I feel a "Yo, BOOT!" moment coming on...
"Back in the OLD Free Republic...."
