Is it any coincidence that her last big film was titled, "Looney Tunes: Back in Action"?
I've often wondered how so many people have fallen into the Scientology pit. I have a co-worker who has a relative who sat and pumped almost $10k over two years into the religion. When the relative was just about broke...they simply said adios and moved on. The relative sat there...and couldn't believe the "lack of compassion" given by her handliers. But the simple truth is...they only make you a case...if you pump the cash.
The amusing thing is that the media won't touch them. Politicans are fearful of them because they will take you into court. And society for the most part...doesn't ever see behind the green door. The only case I know of...where a government closed the door on them...is the German government. The German finance office said they were free to come in and act like a religion but they'd have to open the finanical books to get their right. And they argued that freedom of religion didn't require that. The Germans responded that they could operate in Germany all they want...if they didn't take in cash. And of course, that simply won't work for these guys.
Maybe instead of "clear the planet" she meant "empty the theater".
