This is one of the cruelest and most torture filled deaths imaginable.
American Judicial Tyranny makes the National Socialists look like amateurs. Whether it subjecting 35 week old pre-born babies, frail old folks, or defenseless young women like Terri to unimaginablke pain and suffering, Liberals are sadistic mass murderers.

Parental rights/authority and anything having to do with our children is no longer decided by parents.
Very sad day.
I hope and pray that if/when these devils remove her tube, she will live a long life. That would be the best gift. Ultimately, God will determine her outcome.

Prayers for Terri and the Schindler family.
Admin moderator: Might want to bump this to Front page or Breaking News since so many of us are interested and praying hard for her.

Realistically, it would be death by dehydration unless the starvation sets off a chemical imbalance that triggers an organ failure.
It's not over yet. More motions are likely to be filed.

The parents have a lot of appeal, it is the "Dear hubby" that is repulsive. Sorry to hear this news.

I know you guys all hate me on these boards, but I have a question..is it the starvation or is it the dying? You have to make up your minds because the starvation happens because, frankly, of people like you who won't let common sense end of life CHOICE. I'm not talking about killing handicapped people, as I've been accused of. I'm talking about people who have made the decision that they'd rather die than live in the State forced upon them. As far as Terri is concerned, I don't know the answer. I just know I would not want to live like that. I don't pretend to know what she wanted.
My point is if it's the starvation aspect that troubles you, that could be fixed. But I know that's not really what you care about.

Someone needs to charge her with a crime as this may be the only way to save her. Then it would cruel punishment to deprive her of food.
The only other way to save her is for someone to help her out of the place she is imprisoned.
This is only a last resort.

of course they lost, the courts have repeatedly held that they have no valid legal arguement. This hasnt changed. Terri has been gone for years. No amount of screaming, hollering, name calling, can change this fact.

It's not just that they are removing the feeding tube. They won't give her a sip of water, they won't give her a bite of sherbet. At this point her condition may have deteriorated to the point that she couldn't be hand-fed without choking but we won't know because no one in her family will be allowed to try. It's barbaric.

I predict that the "husband" will experience a multitude of problems if he lets her die.

I find no difference between this, and Hitler's holocaust-anticipating slaughter of the handicapped in the 1930s. I am disgusted and shocked that this would COME CLOSE to happening in 21st century America.

Since the excerpt was less than three-hundred words, here is some more of the article:
The Schindlers, however, are expected to ask Pinellas Circuit Judge George W. Greer for a stay to allow them to appeal again to higher courts. If Greer issues that stay, the tube will stay in place.
< snip>
Following an avalanche of calls and e-mails to his office, Gov. Jeb Bush pushed through a law that empowered him to step in and order the tube re-inserted. But Terri's Law was struck down as unconstitutional, however, and the Schindlers' options appear to be running out.
But, assisted by right-to-life activists, they promise another public-relations campaign and, given the history of this protracted and gut-wrenching right-to-die case, nobody can say with certainty when - or how - it will end.

If it were my daughter, they would have to shoot me like a wild dog before they get to her. To hell with the moron judge, the miscreant ex, and any cop who said he was just "doing his job" to pull the food out of her mouth and make her suffer so terribly.

This is the sickest way to kill a person. Starving them to death? Refusing all nourishment? This has got to be painful and poor Terri cannot express her pain to anyone. If the courts must kill Terri, then at least they should have the "heart" to inject her with a lethal cocktail...This starvation method is only punishing an innocent person at the very end of a painful and sad life. Simply heartless. My prayers go out to her parents and the rest of her real family.

The courts are insane. Murdering this woman by starvation is perverted. In the extreme.
