As I understand it, cases have been brought in the past only in instances of direct commercial activity, usually related to export-import or employment. They've wisely not mentioned to Arab boycott, and are perhaps a small step away from violating the law in promoting divestment rather than promoting specific export policies. My guess, they'll be facing legal action in the not too distant future.
I read that boycotting countries can be illegal in the US. Is this true?
