I would like to see polls on this sort of thing combined with a true/false quiz, and plot which combinations of answers generate what results. To avoid "push polling", the questions would range from things which are obviously true, to those which are obviously false, to those that an uninformed person might guess to be true or false.
If someone doesn't know that Michael has moved in with his mistress, fathered two children by her, and has openly promised to marry her, the person's opinion that the husband should have authority doesn't impress me much. If somebody did know all those things and still thought he should have such authority, that might be more noteworthy.

It's polls like this that make me recall Churchill dictim about "democracy being a very bad form of government." He added that all the others are so much worse, but sometimes I wonder.

How many wives wouldn't DIVORCE a husband like that? In most states that would be automatic grounds for divorce. Unfortunately, Terri is in no position to begin divorce proceedings.
The whole thing is such a ridiculous FARCE.
And I just LOVED the pictures of JODI, the mother of Michael's children and live-in girlfriend, with Terri. /sarcasm/

Part I is public record!! It was a Jury trial.
Your wife is right and as to the Court, George Greer is CORRUPT and in bed with Schiavo, the Hospice, and the Lawyer for Schiavo!! If you delve into this story, it will SHOCK your socks off and then you should be fighting mad that it could happen this way AT ALL!! A Jury Award awarded SPECIFICALLY for Rehabilitation and care for a life expectancy of 50 years and the minute the cheque is cut, Michael Schiavo STOPS ALL Rehabilitation, transfers Terri to a HOSPICE and the money is spent on a Lawyer ($400,000) and the rest on himself and his new girlfriend who he lives with and has two children with, and MEDICAID pays for ALL of Terri's care what little there is. However, THAT Hospice probably charges $2000 to $2500 per month for Terri to lay there with NO treatment just three tube feedings a day. Schiavo would NOT even allow her to have an antibiotic for a urinary infection. He's a criminal along with Judge Greer and George Felos and the operator the Hospice.
What is wrong with the people that live in Pinellas County then? Very few decent people would condone such OPEN CORRUPTION which is intended to end in a MURDER that failed in the first instance. The Law Enforcement in your county even REFUSED to open an investigation into the curious circumstances of Terri's sudden collapse immediately following a fight with this 6'6" MONSTER.
