Perhaps I'm wrong, and I certainly wasn't following this case in the 1990s. I thought Michael didn't try to remove the feeding tube until Florida law permitted him to do so.

That is commonly mentioned on the Terri threads and I assumed it was undisputed fact.

He didn't FILE to remove her feeding tube until 1998

There is much more to this than most people know....

It was agianst the law until 1999= amazing how certain people in certain places mad all this happen.....

He first tried to off her by withholding antibiotics when she had a severe infection and he was told that he could not legally withhold lifesaving medicine. Terri's parents had him deposed and he swore under oath that he did try to withhold the medicine and that he thought it would cause her death but he has been told it was illegal and that he would not do it again.....but Terri got another infection and he tried to get the court to rule that the antibiotics would be withheld....but the court overruled him
