In December 1999, after being bombarded with the coke use question, the Bush campaign issued a statement that W hadn't used coke for the last 25 years. In Jan 2000 in and interview on NBC, when asked to elaborate on the statement W said "I stand by the statement and will not discuss it again."

Now my simple-brained reading said that he used coke in 1974 or previously. We have our second coke using president in the white house. Something that diminishes the moral authority to keep people in federal prisons for drug use and possession.

I don't have a link to this. There used to be a couple of threads about it here.

No, we have a president who has been accused by the Left of doing coke in his youth.

This is the same Left that tried to pass off fake documents that were typed with a computer word processor, remember...

Be careful what you deem true on the Net, my friend.

BTW, I forgot to mention that Kitty Kelley also accused Dubya of using cocaine. Now, THERE'S a unimpeachable source. ;-)
