It's part of the weeding out. Some don't need to make it to adult hood.

Tim Bargfrede told Local 6 News that he was following friends when he attempted to garage jump and did not make it to the other side. Bargfrede fell six stories and was knocked unconscious on impact.

"I just didn't make it," Bargfrede said.

Simply incredible, the amount of stupidity involved here.

Just damn.

If you want on the list, FReepmail me. This IS a high-volume PING list...

Next time you go under an overpass, check to see if it is fenced and/or covered...

"Timmy, I don't care if all your friends are doing it. If they jumped off a building, would you do it, too?"

ROFL!! You win, thread's over...

"I can't believe he actually survived."

Must have landed on a non-vital organ. Like his head.

Depending on the lawyer's political connections, and maybe even the racial makeup of the parties, the city will settle. And you can take that to the bank.

When I was a kid, my friends and I would jump off the garage to the ground.

We always wore a cape though and I guess that protected us somewhat.

----More stupid teenager tricks. It's a wonder any of them manage to make it to adulthood.----

This one probably drove to the garage on a sake rocket wearing no helmet. Darwin in action.

Humans are flat out weird.

Next they will be sticking knives into themselves and whining that no one ever told them that it would hurt.

I realize he didn't die, but can we give him an honorary Darwin award, clearly he'll kill himself doing some other stupid stunt.

I see a new episode of Maximum Exposure coming up...

What the hell have we become that some moron can sue because he wasn't prevented from doing something stupid?

If I understand it, lawyers with standing before the bar are officers of the court.

The ABA should create a procedure to disbar attorneys who bring frivolous suits. Of course, one attorney would refuse to take a case, another would take the case and win, then the first would be sued for not taking the case. The ABA would have to protect the first lawyer (assuming he was right).

Shalom.

The father, instead of kicking his son's @$$, blames the city. Somebody ought to kick his @$$. - reminds me of the line - the kid was so bad I wanted to slap his parents

He's lucky he lived to tell about it.
