What the hell have we become that some moron can sue because he wasn't prevented from doing something stupid?

If I understand it, lawyers with standing before the bar are officers of the court.

The ABA should create a procedure to disbar attorneys who bring frivolous suits. Of course, one attorney would refuse to take a case, another would take the case and win, then the first would be sued for not taking the case. The ABA would have to protect the first lawyer (assuming he was right).

the defense attorney should ask the jury that question. after watching the video, it amazes me what some people can say with a straight face when they are trying to get a settlement.
