A medical team at the University of South Alabama's Children's & Women's Hospital have closely monitored the progress of a newborn who weighed only 10 ounces at birth on Feb. 15. ...........They said they chose the name Malachi because it's one of the smallest books of the Bible, and Malachi means "messenger of God." Prayers needed for yet another WONDERFUL tiny baby!!!

Heavenly Father, we return to praise Your Name that we are fearfully and wonderfully made. Thank You for blessing the hearts and lives of this young couple ... under gird them as they minister to their beloved child ... strengthen them for the long days and nights ahead ... reward their love and their fierce determination, O God ... may they know wondrous joy when finally they are able to take Malachi home.
Protect this little one, Merciful Father, in his daily struggles ... protect his heart and his lungs, every aspect of his tiny body. Give the greatest wisdom to the Doctors and nurses who tend him ... let all gather round as one in their determination to see this child prosper and grow. We seek Your favor upon this little one and his family, O God ... may he grow in grace and in the knowledge of his Lord, the Author of his life. In the Name of Jesus, I pray, Amen ...

MOBILE, Ala. - A medical team at the University of South Alabama's Children's & Women's Hospital have closely monitored the progress of a newborn who weighed only 10 ounces at birth on Feb. 15.
His parents, Phillip and Monica Whitlock, said tiny Malachi Andreas Whitlock is so far holding his own.
"I feel he's got 100 percent chance of survival," his father said.
Ping to the Prayer Warriors!!

Clearly, the GE 3-D ultrasound pictures have them rattled. Very soon -- in fact, it's already happening -- the pro-abortion rhetoric will transition from 'it's not a person / just a blob of tissue / etc.' to 'Of course abortion is taking a life, but it's justified by such-and-such circumstances'. The question of where life begins will cease being an issue, because they'll no longer dispute it. The baby-killers will be much more bold and straightforward about their support of murder-for-convenience.
