You're right! We both are! He didn't appoint himself as GAL, but he has assumed that role and acts in that role except that he hasn't seen Terri, something that a genuine GAL would do.

Actually, you hit it right on the head. The judiciary has no inherent enforcement power of its own. Law enforcement is an executive function. And this illustrates a fundamental threat to our entire system. The interrelationship of the three branches is supposed to be co-equal. One branch respects the other out of comity. They defer to the appropriate roles of the other branches out of respect to the powers given to the other branches. And it is clearly within the authority of the other branches to 'just say no' - if and when the self-executing primacy of the judiciary crosses the line.
It seems all too often they cooperate too much so that they each increase their power.
I am not a religious nut (so she says LOL), but it also seems like it would be an evil thing that Satan would want to happen. Starvation on Holy days.

Judge Greer better NOT try to hide and prevent the DCF investigation. It's about time they are doing something for Terri, a disabled woman, who has Rights to therapy and treatment.
Michael Schiavo has no Right to be Terri's guardian. He gave that right up when he Stopped her treatment against the doctors wishes, in 1993.
Terri has had NO treatment or therapy for over 10 years. This is a not justice. It's hedious and unbelieveable. Gov Jeb Bush should have pardoned Terri the last time she was Starved for almost 7 days.

You are exactly Right. Judge Greer approved using Terri's Trust Fund to pay for ARMED GUARDS a few years ago.
