Secret Service responds on Gannon inquiry, says ‘no deviation’ from ‘proper procedures’

Well, you will go forth without a decision because there will be no congressional hearings on this non-matter. You can carry on like a DU'er on this subject from now to hell and back, but it won't change one fact. No security was breached and no laws were broken. Gannon, once admitted, was just as qualified as any hack in the room.

Another fact you are going to have to learn to accept, or live in the dark about, is that journalist of all kinds write under pen names all the time. It's not unusual, it not suspect, and it's never questioned. Like the cloudless sky is blue, that's just the way it is.

No one, including Gannon, is using a fraudulent name, so I don't understand why you want to be shown who is or who isn't. No one is. A pen name is not a fraud. It is a p-e-n name.

The American People deceived? The american people don't give a crap about this. To the American People, Mr. Gannon is just another chirping chick in the barnyard.

I can understand DU'ers getting all panty-bunched about this non-issue. They have to grab any straw they can in their zest, zeal and quest to make the President look bad. But you should really be beyond this. Your understanding of this should be a given. You should have this all figured out and reconciled in your brain because you know better.

DU'ers act this way because they are not very bright and really have no ability for logic. They are like children that must be forgiven because they don't have the mental juice to know better. But you, a worthy Freeper, should be waaaay waaaay above this foolishness.

I'm back after an extreme field trip (overnight bus ride 8 hours to San Diego with 5th and 6th graders, 3 hour marine boating lab beginning upon our arrival at dawn on the Pacific Ocean---whale sighting! dolphins sightings! submarine sighting!, plus the lessons and net dragging---with more exotic critters looked at and discussed, etc), then breakfast at the beach before several hours at the zoo and 8 hours home).

I can't wait until Conyers and Slaughter find out from Fitzgerald what the Plame game entailed and Gannon's name isn't mentioned except maybe how he was used by the Wilsons.

Oh, I just meant that Slaughter and the rest keep trying to say the Plame investigation will show that someone in the WH leaked Plame's name in an effort to retaliate against her husband and I think the investigation will show that the CIA rogues were leaking in order to undermine the administration and if any wrongdoing was done, it was to the WH, not from the WH.

Wilson giving his interview to Gannon where he furthered his false story will show that Gannon's only role in the tale was as a reporter presenting what Wilson had to say, not, as the dems would have it, as some ringer who had special access to some super secret memo.
