CINCINNATI -- Police say a Cincinnati man raped a 3-year-old girl and broadcast it live on the Internet, according to Cincinnati TV station WLWT.

Paul A. Kraft

Paul A. Kraft was arrested Tuesday night and charged with two counts of rape and one count of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor

Kraft, 31, is being held in the Hamilton County Justice Center. His bond was set Wednesday at $750,000. Kraft faces up to 28 years in prison if convicted.

A tip from the Secret Service to the Regional Electronic and Computer Investigations Unit resulted in Kraft's arrest, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office. Undercover Secret Service agents said they made contact with Kraft in a sex site chat room.

They said Kraft told them they could watch him have sex with a 3-year-old old live on the Internet.

Secret Service and local authorities arrested Kraft at his home Tuesday night and executed a search warrant on his home and computer. Investigators are continuing to examine the computer.

RECI is a task force of sheriff's deputies and Cincinnati police officers.

We used to have public executions in order to help deter crime. I think they helped.

Since this guy was so proud of himself that he showed his heinous crime on the internet, he would be a good candidate for public execution——maybe something along the line of drawing and quartering, burning at the stake, boiling alive, etc. He deserves something special.

I have no comment.

I do.

If there isn't a single police officer on the Cincinnati force that has the balls to exterminate this living piece of sh** mother******, then they are all useless. This man is an animal and is not entitled to any consideration as a human. Take him out back of the court house and put a bullet in his brain.

He has nothing to contribute to society and will be nothing but a drain on taxpayers and likely will get out of prison in 10 years and do it again!

Perhaps the Cincy LEOs might consider that it could be one of their daughters next time and act accordingly TODAY!

Gad, this kind of crap pi**es me off.

I apologize for my ignorance, what is the main difference between a bond and a bail??

You usually can buy a bail bond for 10% of the bail ammount.

That's freaking me out! I read the article over SEVERAL times because I couldn't believe what I was reading. My Lord, what hell did the girl go through, and what about her parents?????? Well, that God he's ove 18. Or thanks to the 5 black-robed idiots he wouldn't face the dying. Come to think of, depending on the judge, he may not even face life in prison... Oh,my gosh. Evil.

$750,000 bail? When they've got obviously got a video recording of this crime?

Despite possessing a law degree, I have no real understanding of the laws concerning bail (probably vary a lot from state to state). But I know we need to have a MUCH lower threshold for decreeing "no bail". There is not enough money in the world to make it worth letting this guy loose. He could well have that sort of money, given the huge profits that can be made form his hard core activities. So we think he'd actually show up for trial rather than lose his $750,000? Fat chance -- he's a monster, not an idiot -- he knows what'll happen to him in the slammer.

You remain wide awake. There ought to be some kind of sensory enhancement drug to go with them.

What ranks as the slowest, cruelest, most excruciatingly painful method of death, I wonder?

I'll vote for whatever that is.

How about (If Guilty) dropping this
guy off in the center of Antarctica.

Let mother nature take care of this guy.

Old Vlad the Impaler had a neat method. Tie the guy's hands and feet, Sit him on a sharp spike and then slowly lower the floor or raise the spike about a quater of an inch an hour for 3 days.

And here I thought he got that nickname because he kept his foes heads on pikes.

I dunno either, but here's a suggestion:
Dip the sicko in a bath of dilute hydrofluoric acid. This acid penetrates through the skin and seeks calcium... it begins to dissolve the bones. Most victims die of heart failure somewhere along the way.

-or-

The simple, economical method: stake him out in the desert, naked atop a bed of broken glass. The ants would probably help finish him off.

Think about it now for a sec. While he's in prison, he's relatively untouchable. Out on the street...well, all ya gotta do is study his routine movements for a few days then POP! Problem solved.

Silly question, but why was the Secret Service involved?

Secret services has jurisdiction over internet crimes. That's why Paris Hilton's cell phone book was investigated by Secret Service as well.

I think a non-lethal dose of stryicnine does that. If not, then use a whopping big dose of LSD. He ain't going to sleep on that, either.
