Dear Friends of Terri,
This is to inform you that on March 12 at noon local time in front of the U.S. Consulate General in Kraków, Poland, a small peaceful demonstration and a press conference will be held by members of the KoLiber Association of Poland in defence of Terri Schiavo.
You are also invited to visit the first Polish Terri Schiavo website run by the KoLiber.net group in association with the JuPiter Foundation at http://TS.KoLiber.net, where we are posting articles about Terri in Polish. You can also read our open letter to President Bush and Governor Bush there (http://www.koliber.net/ts/?id=3141).
Cordially, Joanna Najfeld Spokesman, the KoLiber Association, Poland www.KoLiber.net najfeld AT KoLiber.net
Terri Ping!!
BUMP!
Wonderful!!
Terri's #1 Polish supporter.
Catholic Ping - Come home for Easter and experience Gods merciful love. Please freepmail me if you want on/off this list
Thank you. She needs all the help she can get.
Please ping e-Europe list !!!
Every voice raised in defense of Terri is vitally important!
Thank you so much!
With the affidavits of nursing staff saying she is awake, aware and responds to her family, as well 17 medical experts affirming a possibility for rehabilitation, why is there such a rush to do away with her?
Is someone afraid Terri will speak again someday and testify in court herself?
Perhaps replace "you can help" with "Dear... I need your help to prevent crime, the murder of Terri Schiavo.

You Can Help Save Terri Schiavo
Efforts are under way in the U.S. Congress and Florida Legislature to pass laws to keep the disabled woman alive -- and your voice is needed to ensure they pass.
Terri Schindler Schiavo is a brain-damaged but otherwise healthy 41-year old woman at the center of a legal debate. On one side is her estranged husband, Michael, who has repeatedly gone to court to have her feeding tube removed a step that will end her life. On the other side are her parents and siblings, who want to care for Terri and are willing to incur that financial cost for the rest of her natural life.
Florida's 6th Judicial Circuit Judge George Greer has set March 18 as "time and date" certain to remove Terri's feeding tube, so the clock is ticking.
U.S. Rep. Dave Weldon, R-Fla., and U.S. Sen. Mel Martinez, R-Fla., have introduced legislation to allow Terri's parents (and family members of other incapacitated patients across the nation) to access the federal courts to review claims that the patient's due process and equal protection rights were violated in the state courts. These bills -- HR 1151 and S 539 -- must be passed quickly.
Please call your member of the U.S. House of Representatives and your two U.S. senators in Washington, D.C. and urge them to support The Incapacitated Person's Legal Protection Act of 2005. The Capitol switchboard number is (202) 224-3121.
Meanwhile, state lawmakers in Florida atre also considering legislation. If you live in Florida, please access our CitizenLink Action Center for contact information for your members of the Florida House of Representatives and Florida Senate. Ask them to support legislation sponsored by Rep. Dennis Baxley that would create a legal presumption that incapacitated patients receive medically assisted nutrition and hydration (tube feeding) unless an advance medical directive instructs otherwise. Also ask members to support legislation to address guardianship conflicts of interest.
If you do not live in Florida, you can leave messages for the Florida Legislature and Gov. Jeb Bush thanking members for addressing this issue through legislation in 2003 (specifically for Terri) and encouraging them to do so again this legislative session, this time protecting all medically vulnerable patients in the Sunshine state.
To send one e-mail to both the Legislature and Gov. Bush, . click here
To call the Legislature, dial (850) 488-4371 or (850) 488-6026; to call Gov. Bush, dial (850) 488-7146.
4) Terri's supporters will hold a rally at the state Capitol Building in Tallahassee from 3 to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 13. from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. Rally co-sponsors include Center for Reclaiming America, Family Research Council and Focus on the Family.
The entire world is begining to react to the smell of something rotten about this case, ie the judge (?) the morally bankrupt husband and money hungry lawyer.
God Bless you all!
How utterly touching. I am in tears. Many thanks to our Brothers and Sisters in Poland and ((((((((Hugs)))))))) to you, Joanna!!!!!! = )
Very cute. Very sweet!
My guess is that the Poles know this story all too well.

See DTA's post above with contact info and if you can make time, please send an email or make a call.
I send my messages short and sweet, such as "killing isn't medicine" or "euthanasia is for pets".
