This documentary is fascinating. A man who has been in a coma and never expected to talk again, talks after 19 years of being in a coma.

I hope you all get a chance to watch it....

watched it. fascinating. I liked that they explained various kinds and stages of comas and how emergence is very slow.

I hope they have stopped confusing Terry by constantly telling him that 40 years have passed. He has NO short term memory! They are --well, arguing with an idiot.

There's this hunter that goes into the woods to hunt. It is a really hot day, and by late afternoon he is very, very tired. But in the side of the mountain he sees a cave that looks cool and inviting, and he goes inside, lies down, and take a refreshing nap.

When he wakes up, he has this terrifically long beard, his clothes are full of holes, and he is terribly hungry.

He struggles to his feet, makes his way down to the road, and staggers into a gas station. Spying a pay phone, he calls his broker.

"What day is it, and how are my investments doing," he asks?

"Well", the broker says, "we haven't heard from you in years. It is now 2035, and the $15,000 you left with us has grown to $15,000,000."

The hunter is amazed that he has slept so long and that his investments have done so well in his absence.

Then the operator comes on -- "That will be $10,000,000 please".
