Fox & Friends lead item this morning is "Looting in Iraq during the invasion". A sick, one sided diatribe about how we failed to safeguard all the key nuke and other munition sites. Where or WHY are they digging up this old garbage???

I think Julian would be happier to work at CBS.
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1361820/posts could it be because of this NYT report?

I believe this is the story. It's all in the spin, I suppose.
F&F has sucked for many years now. I stopped watching it during the 2000 election because the bias was so sickening.
I disagree, F&F during the week are balanced if not right leaning. I think the weekend guys are lefties.
There was another thread on this subject ysterday. I wonder if Fox realizes how much they are torquing off their base viewers with the weekend crew.
My household is collectively dumber after watching F&F, regardless of what day.
They're basically reading out of the NY Times this morning. Talk about lazy journalism!
This is such bunk. It should be common knowledge that we stormed into Iraq and straight to Baghdad with virtually no resistance and WAY faster than anyone thought we would. SH lay down and played dead, essentially. That fact was a good thing and greatly limited loss of life on our side. But the consequence of that was that we were spread way out over a long distance without manpower to adequately guard all the places that should have been guarded. It took a while to get all of our forces in place for that purpose.
It wasn't a mistake, it wasn't an accident, it wasn't oversight, it wasn't incompetency. It was just the result of being amazing successful in our initial thrust. You can never know, but if SH had stood his ground and fought tooth and nail at the onset of the war, we would no doubt have suffered numerous more casualties (even been hit with chem. and bio. weapons) than we're sufferering now from the remains of SH's ammo dumps.
I agree- the weekday gang are right of center- and oddly enough Brian is often the most articulate of the 3 if you listen to him carefully.
The weekend gang are just ditsy- save Julian who is so self-important it's distracting.
LOL! It must be hard to get regular work as a lefty news reader on FNC!
You are right, Steve, Mike and Brian make no apologies for being right of center.
Every news agency is reporting this.
'Systematic looting' is another name for 'planned rapid removal of suspcicous items'.
Removal of Saddam from power was goal #1 in invading Iraq. Not securing suspicious weapons sites. It's not like he UN gave us alot of help in that department.
I flip between Fox, TVLand and Kelly Rippa.
You right on base
You have never been more on base.
If there was a championship of being on base, it would be you.
Your the king of being on base.
Well thats about all......if needed more could follow... 8^)

I agree. I can't watch the weekend group. They're not only unrelentingly shallow, but left-leaning as well. The combination is too much for me in the morning.
The show should be preceeded by a "barf alert", if the producers had any sympathy for their intended audience.
I agree I can't even watch the weekend show anymore. They make me sick.
If you're going to call yourself "Fair & Balanced" you have to give the other point of veiw. You can't go around being Rush Limbaugh all day, every day and use that slogan. Fox is # 1 because they are not biased prix, thinking that ONLY THEY can tell you what to think. They are a fairminded network because they project all points of view.
If you want to hear only one POV go watch CNNABCCBSNBC.
